New Program - $100 per Week

After lengthy feedback from customers of the Raw Food Delivery Program we’ve made some adjustments we are sure you will just love. Rather than provide all your meals for a 7 day period, we are now providing just the essentials that are necessary for your Raw lifestyle. When you open our box you will find these staples:

6 slices of Raw breads
3 packages of Raw crackers
20 ounces of Raw pates, cheezes and spreads
2 package of greens
16 ounces of Raw dressings (2 types)
2 (16 ounce each) Raw soup
2 Raw desserts

This gives you the ability to build your own meals each day

For special needs or a larger amounts of food, just ask and we will be delighted to increase your order as necessary. Pick up is every Sunday after 2 pm and before 5 pm and if you'd like it delivered, that's fine, too (add a mere $25 – beach cities only).

We are delighted to welcome back Dr Sommers as he speaks plainly and understandably on nutrition essentials and how it relates to longevity, food as medicine, cancer prevention, safe cellular phone use and much more. While the lecture is free, we are offering a special menu the night of the event. Dinner includes appetizer, entrée and dessert - $35 includes tax and gratuity. $40 at the door if space

Please join us on Monday nights to confer with our in-house herbalist, Dean Thomas of the Shaman Shack. Feel free to confer with Dean in person as he describes the role of herbs in maintaining good health. He offers complimentary balancing chakra tea and pulse testing as well. Dean has apprenticed for eight years to master herbalist, Ron Teeguarden, in the Gate of Life School. Terra Bella is delighted to have Dean Thomas join us each week.

Details: We are proud to have Jessica join us every Thursday and conduct readings for all interested. Jessica has been an energy worker for almost 10 years and works with her guides to give you answers to your questions. She has studied Crystalline Energy Work under Michelle Smith and uses her talents to help you with your issues and concerns. She is offering special rates to our

customers of 5 minutes free ($25 for 30 minutes and $45 for an hour). She is a wonderful addition to our offerings at the Bella each week

Chef Lawrence will teach you the secrets of making Raw pies, cakes and bars super moist and fluffy. You will learn the basic recipes for cheesecake, chocolate ganache, and pudding. Come hungry!
